Terms on Internet Only Auction: Cash, approved check, MC or VISA auction day. Standard 18.5% buyer's premium discounted to 15% for cash. Sales tax applies. Everything sold AS-IS with no refunds. Nothing removed until paid for. All announcements auction day take precedence over any other. Not responsible for accidents.
Load Out: Load out will be at the Auction location 1421 Dayton Street Aurora, Colorado 80010 on Friday, February 19, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM. This is the only load out time. Buyers will be charged a minimum of $250 if it is required to meet them at any other time. Buyers should bring their own tools, dollies, carts, packing material and labor. RMEB will not provide loading assistance. Buyer's are responsible to safely disconnect each item at the first disconnect. There will be a 5000# forklift on site that should be able to be used to lift everything except for the boiler and the storage shed. The boiler may require a specialized mover at the buyer's expense. It may be possible to arrange another time to load the boiler. The storage shed may not be removed until Saturday, February 20, 2010. If buyer's desire items to be shipped, they must arrange that themselves and the merchandise must be picked up at the above times. Call us with any questions 303-661-0202.
