Terms: This is an Internet Only Auction.  Payment must be made on location at 2516 Concord Circle, Lafayette, Colorado 80026 on Saturday June 25, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.  Cash, Check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa are accepted payments.  A standard 18.5 buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction.  The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments.  Sales tax applies.  Late payments incur a processing fee of $100 per day plus the highest amount of interest allowable under Colorado law.  Contact us with any questions at 970-454-1010.

Inspection:  This is an Internet Only Auction.  We highly recommend your personal inspection of the items.  You may inspect the items onsite at 2516 Concord Circle, Lafayette, Colorado 80026 on Friday, June 24, 2011 from 2:30 – 6:30 PM.  We try to describe items as well as possible but it is still best to inspect them in person.

Load-out: Payment, item pickup and load out for this Auction will be on site at 2516 Concord Circle, Lafayette, Colorado 80026 on Saturday June 25, 2011 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 Noon & 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.   Items cannot be removed until they are paid for.  This is a town home with four floors.  You will need to bring labor to remove and load items, boxes to pack in and tools to disassemble items that need taken apart to be moved.  You will need to remove the items from the home, transport the items to your vehicle and load them.  Bring whatever tools, moving equipment, dollies, boxes, blankets and labor you may need to remove and load your items.  RMEB does not provide loading assistance.  There will be an additional charge of $100 to meet anyone who does not load during these scheduled load out times.

Shipping: If you want your items shipped, AT YOUR EXPENSE,  please contact us VIA EMAIL ONLY at info@whitleyauction.com by 10:00 AM on Saturday June 25, 2011 to arrange payment and shipping.  Greeley Shipper's Supply of Greeley is the preferred shipper for this Auction.  They can be reached at 970-330-1391.  We will be coordinating with them to pick up items to be shipped on Saturday afternoon.  It can take up to 14 days for your items to be shipped.  Shipping furniture and large items can be very expensive.  Get a shipping quote prior to bidding.
